And if you look at it the other way, you could be selling the poorest quality goods in the world, but if your marketing is first-class, you will still get sales. Of course you may have to worry about high refund rates, but that’s another story. You need to start changing your beliefs on the true function of your company. You really aren’t in the business of selling your product or service. Your true business is marketing your product or services so that you can spawn sales. If you own a handyman business, don’t think of your company as selling handyman services. You must now believe that your company is marketing your handyman services. Your goal is to become an expert at marketing.
